Services Six engagements

The financial side of the business, handled.

Each engagement has a written scope, a fixed fee and a clear deliverable. Start with one, or start with a review and let it tell you where to go next.

01

Financial Health Review

You get
Written assessment
Typical length
1 week

A plain-language read of your cash flow, margins, obligations and bank activity.

We go through your last six to twelve months of bank statements, your books and your recurring obligations, and tell you plainly what they say about the business: where the cash goes, which months are tight, and what a lender, landlord or buyer would notice first.

You get a short written assessment and a ranked list of fixes, starting with the ones that cost nothing.

02

Bookkeeping Setup & Cleanup

You get
Clean books
Typical length
2–4 weeks

Reconciled books, a clean chart of accounts and a monthly close you can keep up with.

Messy books hide problems and cost money at tax time. We set up or repair your accounting file, reconcile every account, separate personal from business spending and leave you with a simple monthly routine.

If you already have a bookkeeper or accountant, we work alongside them rather than replacing them.

03

Cash-Flow Planning

You get
13-week forecast
Typical length
Ongoing

A 13-week forecast and simple rules for payroll, taxes and slow months.

Most cash crunches are visible weeks ahead. We build a rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast from your real numbers, set aside rules for payroll and taxes, and plan for your slow season before it arrives.

Monthly check-ins keep the forecast current, so decisions about hiring, inventory or a big order are made with the numbers in front of you.

04

Business Credit Profile

You get
Profile checklist
Typical length
30–90 days

Give the business its own identity: EIN, banking, D-U-N-S and vendor accounts in its name.

A business that borrows on the owner’s personal credit stays small. We help you build a separate business profile: a consistent legal name and address everywhere, a business bank account, a D-U-N-S number, and supplier accounts that report payments in the business’s name.

This is about setting the business up correctly, not about changing anyone’s credit report. We do not offer credit repair, debt settlement or debt relief services.

05

Financing Readiness

You get
Readiness file
Typical length
1–2 weeks

Your statements, returns and financials organized, and a clear story, before you talk to any lender.

When you do need outside capital, preparation decides the terms you are offered. We organize the documents lenders ask for, explain what your numbers will look like to an underwriter, and help you understand the options and their real cost.

We prepare you; we do not lend, arrange or broker the financing itself.

06

Business Setup & Good Standing

You get
Compliance calendar
Typical length
1–2 weeks

Entity, registered agent, banking and the yearly filings that keep a company in good standing.

Annual reports, registered agents, beneficial-ownership questions and federal information returns are easy to miss and expensive when missed. We map every filing your company owes, put the dates on one calendar and help you stay ahead of them.

For legal and tax conclusions we work with your attorney or CPA; we do not give legal or tax advice ourselves.
